The Twilight 4-book series has sold over 18 million copies.

Jilly's clothes were  huge hit for the crew and her clothes were used in Jolie Petite prom store.

Brittney Bradford, owner of Angel Hair Salon which was transformed into Petite Jolie, was an extra in two scenes and enjoyed an "extra" boyfriend in the movie.

Twilight, the girl-meets-Vampire movie based on Stephanie Meyer's 4-book series, was partially shot in old town St. Helens.  The St. Helens portions of the movie were filmed in February 2007 and January through April 2008.  In the movie, Bella (Kristen Stewart) moves to Forks, Washington to live with her divorced dad.  Scenes shot in in St. Helen's old town district represented Port Angeles and Forks, Washington.

Old Town merchants were asked to leave their lights on at night for the filming and several of the stores were used as sets.  Angel Hair Salon was turned into Petite Jolie, a prom store.

The film's wardrobe department loved Jilly's purchasing clothes, jelelry and accessories for the Petite Jolie Prom Store sceens.  They purchased 36 prom dresses.

There were lots of parts for extras and Brittney Bradford (who owns Angel Hair Salon which become the prom store for the movie) had two extra roles aong with an "extra" boyfriend.  Brittney says one day she stood outside for 9 hours in the cold and the crew was teriffic providing heaters and helping them to be comfortable.  Brittney was in a scene strolling outside the prom store (see below) and a scene at the cafe.  The set dinner was great!

The books have sold more than 18 million copies and at least two have been optioned to be turned into movies.  It is anticipated that the sequals will include more filming in St. Helens.
